Shipping

Free shipping over $35 in the continental US. No international shipping available at this time. All orders will ship between 1 and 3 business orders from the time of order. Transit times will depend on the carrier and time of year, but are shipped USPS 1-5 day. An email confirmation will be issued as soon as a tracking number is attached to the order.

Any changes of address or address errors on the part of the customer will be subject to a re-routing fee to be determined by the carrier. Please contact hello@fettifest.com as soon as possible to successfully re-route packages.

Returns

We happily accept unopened returns within 2 weeks of arrival. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your account.
